Hi, I'm Laura, the gal behind Flaura Gardens.
When I’m not busy buzzing around in the garden, growing gorgeous fresh blooms and vegetables, you can most likely find me watching and or playing sports, relaxing outside or cooking.
It has been a long, fun and rewarding journey creating Flaura Gardens in the backyard of our Lakeview home in Mississauga – one that is close to 9 years in the making. Flashback to when it all began, with just a bare backyard, and a dream to not only grow beautiful flowers, but to create a relaxing and peaceful space for us and our family and friends to enjoy. Got a few Floret Zinnia seedlings, they were such healthy seedlings and are growing so well :)
I ordered 3 bouquets for the Moms in my family and each bouquet was absolutely stunning. The Moms just loved them and the flowers lasted for such a long time. The ordering process was so easy and I was able to swing by Flaura gardens to pick up the next day - service was amazing. If you’re looking for truly unique and beautiful flowers either as a gift or for your home, give Flaura Gardens a try - you won’t be disappointed !
Flora far exceeded my expectations as the flowers were awesome. They last longer than anticipated which was a nice surprise as well. Highly recommend and you support a great small business.
I was so excited that Laura was offering Floret zinnia seedlings! I ordered 4 x seedlings in total.
The process was so easy. I ordered them and everything was packaged so nicely and ready on the pick-up day. The seedlings were a good size and rooted well. You could tell they had been well-taken care of because their foliage was a lush green. Cute handwritten plant tags too!
I will be ordering from Flaura Gardens again. Thanks Laura!
P.S. The photo was taken about 3 weeks after pick up. You can see that the zinnias look great!
My mother's day arrangement was gorgeous and lasted almost 2 weeks. So very happy with my purchase.
I’m love finding these little gems where you can buy quality local products. I’ll definitely be back!
Of course, at this point, they are only little green plants. Pls send this out again in 2 months for a better idea of how the plants did.

I bought these for my girlfriend for Valentines day. She thought they were beautiful and liked that they weren't your typical red roses everyone buys. Scored major brownie points.
